A current member of the respected Forbes Coaches Council, Paul brings over 30 years of business experience with Fortune 500 companies in the airline, healthcare, finance and technology industries, giving him a keen perspective on the inner workings of diverse global organizations. His past tenures include Charles Schwab, Adobe Systems, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. C-Suite and Directorship posts have contributed to his notable skill in leadership and organizational development and training, human resource operations, and coaching leaders of all management levels to lead their teams with both IQ and EQ.
As Chief HR Officer for a JP Morgan private equity company, Paul played a key role in growing the bottom line and building a purposeful culture by facilitating the acquisition and successful integration of several organizations. His depth and breadth as a senior leader for HR and Learning and Development at several companies, has resulted in his ability to author several game-changing cultural and leadership initiatives while experiencing many of his own “aha” moments which contribute to his goal of being a lifelong learner.
To date, Paul has successfully coached over 500 talented leaders worldwide. A sample of his current clients include teams and leaders at Twitter, Electronic Arts, SAP, Walmart, Autodesk, Cisco, Salesforce, PagerDuty, Kaiser Permanente and Charles Schwab. Paul earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History through the University of the Pacific (USA) and his Master’s Degree in Organization Development through the University of San Francisco (USA).
